Can I return a doll?

You can return an item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is in the original packaging and not damaged. All extras must be returned too.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, international shipping charges are a charged at a flat rate. Import taxes may apply and we can not be held responsible for these. Please be mindful if you order outside of the UK we have no control over import fees.

What are the difference between silicone and vinyl dolls?

Accepted Answer

silicone dolls have a soft flexible skin like feel and can be more realistic to touch. Vinyl dolls are firmer and are often lighter and easier to handle.

Are the dolls suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

No, these dolls are not CE tested so they are not suitable for children. They require gentle handling and should not be used as a play doll. They are primarily designed as collectables and display dolls.

Can I bath my doll?

Accepted Answer

You can bath the full silicone dolls in tepid water. However regular reborn dolls can not be bathed.

Will my doll look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Because of lighting, photography and individual production there may be slight differences with colour and appearances. However you will receive the exact same doll as in the photos as we only stock one of each doll.

What will my doll come with?

Accepted Answer

Your reborn doll will arrive wearing the outfit shown in the product pictures and will include a baby bottle, a comforter and a soft blanket. Please note these may vary in design depending on stock levels. Each doll is carefully prepared and packaged before being sent to you.

Question 8

Do the dolls open and close their eyes?

Accepted Answer

No, reborn dolls have either open or closed eyes, but they do not have an open/shut eye mechanism.
