Our packaging is designed with care, and we strive to keep shipping costs reasonable so you can indulge in your love for dolls without worry.
Please be aware we are a UK based business, we ship outside of the UK at a flat rate shipping cost for postage and packaging. Import fees may be payable in your destination, unfortunately we have no control over this and these will need to be paid by the buyer.
Failure to pay your import tax will mean the doll being returned to us and this will incur a fee which will be deducted from your refund.
We use Royal Mail tracked service and any doll over the value of £250 is sent special delivery.
